We collaborate internally with our parent company and affiliate, Heritage Coatings and Restoration (HCR), as well as consultants and structural engineers, when maintaining your property requires significant upgrades and repairs. We are integrated with systems manufacturers to ensure warrantied protection and performance of your envelope system.
Restoration-grade scopes — concrete, masonry, waterproofing, and roof coatings — are executed in house through our affiliate rather than subcontracted out, which keeps scope, schedule, and liability with one party.
Where conditions warrant it, scopes are developed with consultants, structural engineers, and systems manufacturers, then installed to approved specification so envelope work carries the warranty coverage it was designed to carry.
One contact, one schedule, and one invoice across every trade engaged on the property. Coordination between trades sits with us rather than with the owner or the asset manager.
Work is phased and sequenced around residents and tenants, with advance notice, coordinated access, and defined working hours agreed before work begins.
